Tri cities health have great professional and friendly service for DOT physicals. The staff always professional, very friendly and truly care about every person who walks through the door. They get you in and out and keep you returning for any health needs. Patients have been pleased with this facility for years and highly recommend them. People not treated like a number and genuinely care about every person. Great folks always friendly and professional.
I have always renewed my DOT physicals here for the past 10 years and have been pleased with this facility. They’re great people who work here and genuinely care about their patients.
This is the best clinic around run by a fantastic group of people. Dr. Kim, Rob and Judy are the nicest bunch of people, and you can tell they want the best for you.
Other clinics I visited prior to finding this place felt like I was dealing with used car salesmen wanting to sell me their product first instead of trying to diagnose the underlying issue. Kim on the other hand, was the opposite, very thorough in wanting to find the root cause first before starting a replacement therapy, and always willing to answer any questions I might have.
I wouldn't choose any other clinic than this one.
Everyone there is great! Ms. Judy at the front desk greets me every time I walk through the door like I was the best patient they have. Dr. Kim took the time to show me both short term and long term steps I can take on my own without just handing me a prescription and sending me on my way. And if you want to find the nicest guy in the building, it’s big Rob every time. If you’re looking for a professional hand with a personal touch you’ll find it at Tricities Health in Elizabethton.
