Just finished our brand new construction and called Stonegate after being referred by another ecstatic homeowner. Sent an email and I received a response within hours, came out to my home the next morning. Told them we were interested in front and side landscaping, John was fantastic. Reviewed all types of plants and trees, put together a impressive presentation and quote within days. It was easy to select them for our project as the starting process was fantastic. Within a few weeks, we have a beautiful landscaping including irrigation and sod. Have been using this company to maintain the irrigation system since I moved to TN a few years ago. This includes repairing heads, flushing the system in the fall and getting back operational in the spring.Every year the back flow valve fails inspection, they come and they come and fix it.Last year after they "fixed" the and my neighbor had to come close the valve that was spraying water (gallons per minute) through the seams while I was at work. Not being sure on who was at fault (repair person or inspector) my wife had them come back and "fix the fix", then the following month I paid a very high water bill.This year the back flow valve failed inspection... read full review
