Steve from Mr Electric in Memphis came out yesterday to fix a problem with partial electricity in my home. Of course, I was thinking the worse that there would be a lot of work in my house to find the problem. I had a similar problem several years ago with another company and it was an all day job. Within 5 minutes of their technician, Steve, he had diagnosed the problem with one of my circuit breakers. He replaced within just a few minutes and the problem was solved. That quick! David solved an electrical issue for me that I had almost given up on. He was easy to talk to and listened patiently. He took it all in and had my problem identified in a matter of minutes. He also did a thorough inspection of my overall system for consideration of improvements I may want to make. I could not asked for a better customer service experience.
