Some find it to be a cheaper option compared to others, and appreciate that the staff responds to issues like lost money in machines. However, many complain about the cleanliness and upkeep of the place, noting that several machines are old and often not working. There have been reports of flooding due to malfunctioning washers. Overall, customers suggest that improvements are needed for the business to thrive, especially as some believe a well-maintained laundromat could succeed in the area.
Great customer service. They are always friendly. I dropped my dress off to be steamed and it was ready in a couple of hours. They have always steamed my sons suits and dress shirts. They have fixed my jeans and pants. They go above and beyond to take care of us. They do great work.
I need to give a Loud shout out to the Laundry Basket in Dyersburg Tn. We have a funeral this weekend and my husband needed a new suit. We bought the suit and of course it needed to be hemmed. I went in yesterday morning at 700am and ask if there was anyway they could hem and press Johnny's suit in time for the funeral. They said no problem and text me at 234pm today and said it's ready. I went in to pick up suit and she gave me condolences for you and your families loss.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, HANDS DOWN!
Please support this small business, they are the best!
I came to this place because it was the ONLY laundry listed in Dyersburg. The place is dirty, a lot of the machines are old and not working and the prices are much higher than I expected for the look and upkeep of the place. I recently moved here and I have a washer/dryer at home, but needed to wash a few large items. It cost me over $15 to wash and dry. Thank goodness I don't have to do this on a regular basis. If someone is looking for a business opportunity, open a new laundromat and keep it up nicely! It will succeed!
