We found ourselves in need of assistance after leaving town, as our tire blew. I called Lake Road Service Center, even before it was open,. The gentleman states he will call back when his guys get to work. He kept his word and the 2 gentleman were on their way. They made quick work of changing the tire and placing the spare. They were pleasant and professional and got us back on the road quickly. He was kind enough to put the tire back under my Tahoe, where the spare is kept. Very helpful! My car started overheating on a cross country trip and they diagnosed the problem as a bad water pump. Since they knew I needed to get back in the road right away and did not have the time to work on it, they went above and beyond to find me someone that could!
