very quick to help no matter what
We got right in and out and was very friendly and took care of my girl amazingly!
Nothing..I recommend nothing…here is my post I put on my FB page so my friends and family will know how they handle business… I am going to start calling places out for what they are because I am pretty much tired of people not owning their mistakes, not doing their jobs and making money more important than people. The first week of December I went to Fast Pace clinic in Dyersburg with an ear infection. The dr/np whatever she is checked my ear said it was severely infected called me in amoxicillin and sent me on my way. Ten days later I had taken all my amoxicillin and immediately my ear began to hurt again. I called Fast Pace explained what was going on and the girl who answered the phone told me she would talk to the provider and call me back…she never called back..now y’all I work all the time, it was the holidays..it kinda got pushed back as a priority for me. My ear continued to get worse so 2 days ago I again called Fast Pace..they said I needed to come in…they close at 8pm and I get off at 7:30 so I went straight over there after work. When I arrived it was maybe 10 til 8, I get they were ready to go but my work schedule really offers me no options. So I asked if it would be a follow up to which I was told no because it had been right at 4 weeks since I had been seen…really 3 1/2…and for 10 days of that I was taking antibiotics and felt like it was getting better..anyway they told me I would have to put a credit card in file for the bill so I was going to use my FSA card…I give it to the old lady sitting at the front and they call me to the back. In the back I was double teamed my 2 girls barely out of high school who were more worried about how to plug up the dynamap than what was going in with me. So when they were done and able to go back to the important yet very difficult task of plugging in the dynamap old lobby lady comes in and very rudely tells me my card isn’t working I would have to use another. Well I didn’t want to use another I wanted to use my FSA card because duh..that is what it is for…so then she yells down the hall that my card isn’t working and basically tells the provider (who minds her but should have been in charge) that she can’t see me yet because my card isn’t working. Y’all I have NEVER seen worse patient care or rude, inconsiderate behavior than that right there. It ended up being an error on the part of someone…still not even sure who but that is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable to me…they were gonna get their money and bottom line is I wouldn’t have been there if she had fixed my ear infection the first go round…I understand medicine isn’t perfect but my understanding went right out the window with that rude encounter. So needless to say I will not ever be going back in there. I would not take a dog that bit me in there. One last thing..the medicine she called in for me interacts with one of my meds so my pharmacy won’t fill it…they reached out to Fast Pace who never even responded so I had to call them tonight. So as of right now I still have no meds. #fastpacedyersburg #poorpatientcare #PeopleOverProfit
