They are very helpful, and quick. I got my tires changed somewhere else in town, and later same day found out that they didn’t balance them. I brought my car to this place, and they took care of it the same day. They were understanding, and friendly.

We have had both our vehicles in for oil changes. All the staff is knowledgeable and I have had the opportunity while in the waiting room to overhear phone calls and discussions with customers about service options, parts ordered, pricing and had my own questions answered. I would not hesitate to have additional work done as needed because I know how the owner has shown his commitment to a fair evaluation, fitting people in and making sure they get their needs met at a fair price! So nice to have Main Street Automotive in town with quality service!

I would like to thank Main Street Auto. And also Mark and his guys at Fast Lube here in Dunlap TN. Tyler was awesome. I had , had my car worked on a day before by mark and his guys. But , one of the parts was bad. Not Mark or his guys fault. So I stopped into main street, and had them look at it, mark was covered up the next day and couldn’t get me back in. So Tyler called him and mark said just fix it and send him the bill. They fixed my car and it’s running great. So impressed by all involved and thankful that Tyler and his guys were able to get to me , fix my car and get me back on the road. We are blessed to have such great auto mechanics here in Dunlap.
