Dawson was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and communicative. He was incredibly responsive and flexible with his schedule during the home search process. Dawson also recognized that I appreciated his realistic thoughts and guidance when considering offers, and his knowledge of different aspects of being a home owner. He was very in tune with what I was looking for, not just what I communicated, but picking up on themes of likes/dislikes with each property we looked at. Tim Dean was absolutely fantastic. He is a wonderful, very intelligent, professional realtor! He helped my wife and I with our first home purchase and he took away so much stress with all of his knowledge! He did not try to up sell us! We told him our budget and only showed us homes in our budget! He is a real asset to Century 21 and we will be coming back when we buy again! Thank you so much Tim!
Had a great experience with agent Steven Metzger when purchasing a small piece of land recently. Good communication Treats you the same if it is a small or large purchase. Definitely would reccomend and use again.
