Mark came out as soon as he could (same day after other appts.). He diagnosed the issues with our HVAC system and immediately began repairs after giving us a ball park estimate, which I appreciated. His service call and repair fees were very reasonable and lower than most other companies. His due diligence, knowledge, and professionalism were outstanding. He was very helpful in letting us know what was causing the issues we were having and how we could maintain the unit moving forward. He cleaned, repaired, and gave our unit an overall health check. Will be calling Mark at Stewart County Heating and Air for annual cleaning and repairs if needed. Thank you Mark!
I was very impressed with the quality of service and business practices. They notified us ahead of the arrival window, arrived within that time window, completed the service thoroughly, and provided digital documents before the end of the day summarizing the service with photos and diagrams of the area treated. I’ve been there twice in the past week, first to scan a stray dog for a chip and second to get the basic tests and vaccinations for that dog so he could safely interact with my dogs. Both times the establishment was clean and the staff was very kind. During the appointment visit, the tech and vet were very nice and answered all my questions. Even went above and beyond letting me know I can call if any issues or further questions arrive. I appreciated their availability and not requiring me to come in if further questions or issues arrive. Also thought they were fairly priced considering everything I got done. Thank you for all the help!
