Sun Tan City offers a range of tanning options, including traditional sun tans and spray tans, with a focus on providing great prices, educated staff, advanced equipment, and high-quality products. Many customers appreciate the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, particularly highlighting the staff's kindness and helpfulness. Reviews mention specific team members who stand out for their positive impact on the customer experience.
However, some reviews note issues with service, particularly regarding the availability of essential items like hair covers and barrier cream during appointments. Inconsistent attention from staff members has been mentioned, with some customers feeling that employees were more focused on personal phones than on assisting clients. Despite these mixed experiences, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the Dickson location have been positively noted, making it a place many will consider returning to. Overall, Sun Tan City is seen as a good option for tanning, with room for improvement in customer service.
Great place to tan , plenty of different options with whatever level of tanning you are at , the staff for the most part are friendly and professional but several of the young ladies need to keep their attitudes towards paying customers checked at the door .
I’ve been coming here for about a year now. I have to say I am very, very happy with Sun City. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I’ve never felt uncomfortable asking the many questions I always ask. The price point is perfect. And it is a very clean facility. Highly recommend! Oh, did I mention the hours are perfect for all lifestyles.
I have been tanning for decades, and the Dickson suntan city has been one of the best ones I have been to! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, and the tanning beds are all in great working order and give great color! Glad I decided to start coming here, I will be getting a membership so I can tan more often!
