This was my first time coming to New Concept Salon and had the best experience I’ve ever had at any other salon! First I called and got an appointment with Suzy for around 3:30 then she personally reached out to me and said she could take me in sooner which was better for my schedule. She made me feel very comfortable and was professional but also personal. She treats everyone like she would want to be treated. She loves her job and is very experienced. I drive from Portland, TN and absolutely love this salon and Mary Crow! Mary has been doing my hair for almost 3 years now and she makes it well worth the drive! My blonde has never looked so good and Mary is great company while in her chair. 10/10 recommend!Services: Haircut
