I cannot say enough about them folks at Dickson’s Restoration. We had a water leak in June 2024, two days before a 2 week vacation. Our wood floors were ruined. I called Chad and they showed up and took over. Fans and dryers to dry it out. I left them the key and went on vacation. We had no worries. Austin kept us updated on everything. They worked well with our insurance company throughout the whole ordeal. I pray that you never have anything like this happen but if you do, please call Dickson Restoration. You will not regret it! I can not say enough great things about this company. I reached out to them on a Sunday and they were at my house Monday morning. They truly care about getting the results you want and your home back together as quickly as possible. One of my favorite parts was I got daily updates every morning in regards to what to expect that day. I was never wondering what was next. This was so important with work schedules. Ref: Water damage to hardwood floor and damaged sheetrock. Easy company to work with. Adam came out to estimate and thoroughly explained steps. Very courteous and prompt; as were each crew that came out for their part in the project. All the crews did excellent work. The new floor and repaired drywall look great.
