I choose Braun plumbing by recommendations from a FB post I made. John found the problem with my water heater 15 minutes into the job. Didn't use tech support or anything. He discovered the issue that two other companies overlooked. Something simple no one thought to look for. John and Steven took care of several plumbing jobs we had at the house and at the barn and they went above and beyond just basic service, even educating us on things we weren't aware of. We were very impressed, and we wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing service.

John is the best plumber I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Super knowledgeable, professional, and very fair. You get what you pay for, and John is worth every penny. I learned recently that many plumbers are not licensed or certified in my area, and also just had a custom home completed. I so wish that John could have been the plumber for the house build.
