Mechanic works and oil changes etc were always good and he is friendly person to deal with... rented a U haul recently and I was not satisfied with it but he is just the dealer for this service...the Uhaul looked like it had been hit on the backside and the door jammed so many times it was a struggle to open and shut it.. was turned in at a Murfreesboro dealer so now it's their problem.. but I also feel like a dealer needs to report issues with these trucks to whomever is responsible for maintaining them before renting it out.

The owner is incredibly nice, and super honest. We thought the problem with my A/C was one thing, and ended up being another, and while it was too expensive for us to repair currently, he was super accommodating and did everything he could to attempt to help.
