About Franklin Farmers Cooperative
Franklin Farmers Cooperative is a farm store and so much more, described as a very nice and very clean place with a large selection. It carries everything from poultry supplies to footwear, including Carhartt clothes, jeans, work pants, boots, and Ariat western hats. The store offers a fun variety with lots of animal supplies, foods, medicines, hardware, and a nice pocket knife selection. It also has a full-service Tire Center, a gas station out front, and a second location in Huntland. Some find it a bit pricey or disorganized, and note that employees could be more knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone is welcome to shop, and it is seen as an upscale alternative to other farm stores. It closes at 5 PM on weekdays and is not open on Sunday.
I really like this Co-op location in Franklin County. They have a really nice home with a good section where you can find lots of great gift ideas and practical things for home. The staff has always been extremely friendly the times I've gone. We've purchased feed, among other things, in the past when we were raising chickens and horses at my house. It's overall a great place to do business with.

I asked three different ladies for the horse feed I was looking for. Bought a bag they loaded it for me got home it was the wrong thing. Employees have to be a little more knowledgeable about the products they're selling
