I have experience not only from a business standpoint but from an employee perspective as well. As an employee, I give them a five star review. I was given the information to be able to succeed and flourish. I was able to perform my job duties successfully and early on for my employer to see what an asset I was and continue to be for them. Now, as a manager, I give them a five star review, I work with (mainly) Somar Swafford, which of whom is an awesome lady, to find eligible operators when and if needed. I am forever grateful to them as I was able to find my forever place until I retire.
