From the initial office call for service through the tech visit, diagnosis, and problem resolved, my experience was painless and professional. Seal has serviced my HVAC needs since 2008 and I couldn't be happier with their customer service, response time and expertise. I trust my and my family's home comfort to Seal H/A.
I’ve used Seal Heat and Air for years. They’ve always come through for me. Everything from gas furnaces to heat pumps or stand alone AC units, their technicians are top notch and quick to troubleshoot. Their prices are always reasonable and I’m happy to pay them! I always recommend them whenever anyone asks who I use. It’s always Seal H&A! ?
My HVAC stopped working just as the temps were hitting 90°. It took some time to get to me, but I wasn't the only person having trouble, so I don't blame them for that. They came as soon as they could. Anyway, when the technician came he gave me my options. I opted to replace the system because it was old, and in it's final years. Once the new system came in, they scheduled an appointment to install it. My husband and I are very happy with the system. The owner, and all of the employees were very polite, and professional, and they worked very hard to get the system put in as quickly as possible.
