I really appreciated Tammy's expertise in selling my condo in Jefferson City, TN. Tammy was the lead on the sale and gave me excellent advice about how to prepare for the showing. She was a calming influence when the process got stressful. I knew from the beginning that she would get the best offer possible for me. Since I had never sold a property before, I appreciated the fact that she explained each step of the process and did not rush me. This review is long overdue but I cannot say enough good things about this company. Tammy and Ed Franklin are the best realtors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They are honest, experienced, intelligent, hardworking, and most of all- caring. Becoming a sole homeowner in my 20s was not easy and my realtors were with me every step of the way. I will always recommend Franklin Realty!
