My experience at Onsite was second to none. An Onsite maxim is 'Trust the Process' and a transformational mindset they introduce is 'The Two Degree Shift" (introducing the phenomenon of small adjustments making monumental impact over time.)I arrived at Onsite with my mind open, but my guard up. My experience at Onsite was so incredibly helpful. Going into it, I hadn't done any group therapy, but it was such a powerful transformative experience. I am really grateful for how trauma-informed all their programming is and that they take a neurobiological approach - I would definitely recommend it to anyone. As they often said when I was there, "people are harmed in relationship, but they are also healed in relationship" and I have absolutely found that to be true.

My experience at Onsite was life-changing. I didn't know what to expect from group therapy, but it played a huge part in the healing I gained during my time there. The property is beautiful, the meals are amazing, and the staff team is incredible. If you get an opportunity, go!
