Great place for kids to learn discipline and respect as well as have fun taking on life skills to help them succeed. Adults can learn self defense and keep in shape. GREAT instructors
Great Facility. Jere Mason is an excellent , highly decorated trainer who makes sure his students get the most out of his classes. I am very impressed by the staff and their professionalism. Great place for an individual or the entire family to train. I highly recommend this Business.
