Unable to get confirmation in writing of a total payoff of my building I was only given word of mouth but given 3 different payoff amounts at the same time but still not fax reply to confirm the total payoff amount I have bought 3 other building in the pass and paid early payoffs with a confirmation statement but for some reason I am unable I get the payoff amount in writing

First off their supply is always low. They rarely have anything that I need for work causing me to ride to several other places to find what I require to get a job done. None of their staff members are wearing masks which gives me the idea that they dont care about their customers. It always take 45+ minutes to buy anything because of their barely trained lazy staff. Their management is horrible they absolutely refuse to fix their supply problem.
