From the start Steven from A&L HVAC arrived exactly on time, was very professional and proved to be extremely competent and knowledgeable in his field. I had an obscure wiring problem that several before him could not find, but with his meticulous troubleshooting he found and repaired my problem. Steven has a very thorough understanding of HVAC systems and is definitely a master at his craft, thank you for your efforts. I can highly recommend him and will be calling again with my future HVAC needs.
Have worked with A & L for the past couple of years. Had a service call today and they were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and most of all “Honest”. The issue with my heat was not related to our system. They could have charged for the techs time and travel. I have an annual service plan so they charged “zero” for a lengthy diagnostic service and nearly 2 hours of tech time. I highly recommend A & L for service and I highly recommend the annual service plan. These are good folks and I wouldn’t recommend someone unless they did an outstanding job. They do ! RS
