I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place—Ely (Eli) is absolutely incredible. From the very first phone call, I knew I was dealing with someone different.
I’m from PA, and my RV broke down about 45 minutes away from their shop. I called 10–12 places that were closer, and not a single one would help. Then I got ahold of Ely—and everything changed.
He didn’t hesitate. He immediately jumped into action, sent someone out to pick up the trailer that was hooked to my RV, and personally made sure we had a place to go when we got there. When we arrived, he went above and beyond and allowed my family and me to stay in the RV because we literally had nowhere else to go.
Who does that anymore?
He kept me updated every step of the way, treated us like family, and never once tried to take advantage of the situation—even though we were stuck, far from home, with very limited options. Within a day, he had everything torn apart and parts ordered. The day the parts came in, he stayed working until 3AM just to make sure we could get back on the road and home to our family.
That kind of work ethic and care is rare.
Ely, his father, and the entire team are the real deal. This is what top-tier service looks like.
