Long story short my hair got matted right before my Sunday appointment with Hair by Fran. When I arrived to the salon I immediately suggested that we just cut the mat out and proceed with the service. Fran insisted on keeping my hair, he said “No, I know you don’t want to cut your hair so we aren’t about to cut your hair”. He was gentle and quick and got the mat right out. I got a traditional sew in side part and he delivered! The braid down and sewin took less than a hour! Styling took less than 25 minutes. I soooo love interacting with Brittany. She is so pleasant. Whenever I contact her she is always professional, prompt, polite and very thorough with providing me with well thought out responses. She never makes me feel slow even though I know my questions tend to be because I am totally clueless on hair extension selections.
