First let me say my waxer Rae is amazing. I've been going to her for the last year. Today same again amazing. My displeasure was with the receptionist. First off when I was checking out she was very rude when she realized I had a balance for my membership (for some reason my payment never went through.) So after I paid it with no problem she was like have a great day. I asked her could I rebook? She then responds and says oh I've already rebooked you? I said for what day? She responding and told me the time. I quickly said oh that time doesn't work for me and changed the time. Always and I mean always when I check out the first thing they ask is would you like to rebook?!? Then they ask me what date and time. But I guess today my time didn't matter to her one bit. I'm pretty sure when I come back for my next appointment I will not allow her to check me out. Her attitude wasn't very professional towards me and I've been coming here for over 3 years and have never had an issue.
