We had a very complicated plumbing situation with our main sewer line. Despite running into issues, the team stuck with it until they found the issue and found the best way to resolve it. Since insurance wouldn’t cover our sewer line replacement, the team tried to help us find the most cost effective solution each step of the way.

So here is my story as short as possibly explained. I originally got an estimate for repair on January 3rd for pipe replaced repair from another company. This particular company canceled on me the next day for a guaranteed date of service. I called several companies to get a new estimate because the water was already causing my bill to increase drastically. An associate from Mr. Rooted came out and I was put on the schedule for the next day! A day before originally promised by the other company. I'm super appreciative of the level of professionalism and concern shown by this company and will continue to use them if an issue should arise in the future.
