“Netti is the best eyelash and eyebrow technician I know in Memphis. She doesn't put a lot of glue on your lashes your eyes don't run while she's doing your lashes and she seals them so they can last 2 weeks. She also continues to ask you are you okay while she serves you. The salon is clean and she's very respectful to everyone.
