For my very first visit to the salon I booked an appointment online. The stylist showed up late and we got started a half an hour after the scheduled time. I was very happy with the service and she was very friendly. After my appointment I booked in the salon my next visit. On the day of my next visit she message me shortly before a 3:30 appointment to ask if I can move it to 4:00. That was okay with me, after arriving at 4:00. She was still working with a client I waited until 4:30, and she still was not ready. I was extremely unhappy and felt like my time and scheduled appointments were not respected.
