I wasn’t going to leave a review but after having a conversation with someone recently I think other people need to know this as well. I had an appt on 7/31 I woke up on 7/31 and I was extremely sick. I immediately took an at home Covid test and it was positive I notified her asap and she immediately charged me 75.00 now I understand the business side so if I was a no call now show of course charge me but who charges a person for being sick that’s something that I couldn’t control I had my Covid results to show her and she didn’t either bother to ask for them. Worst customer service. I booked an appointment a month ago. As I’m trying to find the location it sends you to a house. I continuously call the representative and she did not want to answer. I ask for directions and she says she doesn’t have an appointment for me through Style Seat. I screenshot her the confirmation email and basically she just says tells me there is nothing she can do and to book through style seat again. Why would I do that? I will take my money elsewhere.
