Everyone has been super nice. Love the people funny and adorable. The man at the front desk it so funny and sweet. Very professional and easy peazy. I'm in the middle of lazer hair removal on my chin and under arms. I've had two appointments and after the first it went from having to shave every day, to two weeks and 1/3 of the hair I just went yesterday can't wait to see what happens in this 6 weeks. It's so worth it. Not crazy expensive either. To the people leaving bad reviews... Really, as if you don't know there is a possibility it's not right for you or your body accept it and move on. I've had not one issue getting in contact with them. The first time I didn't know exactly how to get there and he walked me through how to get there and even though I had completely missed my appointment they still fit me in and did the work. The world doesn't revolve around you. It's a business, I know if I have paid anything I would be on the door step waiting to politely talk to them about setting up anything I need to. Please feel free to insert these for yourself *lots of eye rolls*

Nurse Mya is approachable, friendly and highly competent!! She immediately put me at ease for my procedure, and checked with me throughout to see how I was doing. She is superb!!
Dee is friendly, efficient and positive in her greeting and in scheduling/answering business related questions.

Always easy & wonderful experience at this office. Staff is always friendly and it's always spotless! Lisa really made me feel relaxed and comfortable today. Thanks Ideal Image!
