Never have been a fan of going to the dentist due to past truma as a child. I had an emergency yesterday and called them, they were able to fit me in same day and Dr Jon was so incredibly nice and patient and fixed the issue I was having and for less than originally quoted! I've already referred a friend and I will be returning here for regular cleanings as well. The entire staff was so nice
As a new patient the staff was very professional and paid close attention to my needs while being in the office. I was quickly assured if I needed help after hours to feel free that the office was there to assist me in being serviced, and emphasized how important I was with the process I had experienced while waiting on the completion of my dentures. There are not many Dental Offices you can still receive that hands on guidance and patience. Thank you for believing in service with a smile still exist in this world. Amen ??
I was very pleased with my first visit at DentalCares. Dr. Hernandez was very friendly and professional, he explained everything to me about my procedure.Everyone in the office was friendly and it made my visit very pleasant.
