Tommy was extremely helpful & professional. My issue - when purchased unit 3 yrs. ago, was told to clean condenser drain twice a year w/hot water & bleach. I clean it every 4 months. Discovered today, it doesn’t always work. Now I have to use shop vac to suck out build up in pipe. Would have been helpful to know this 3 yrs ago.

Had a plumbing emergency in the evening and called several plumbing companies to try to get it fixed as soon as possible. Not only was Conway the fastest to get back to us, but they also sent someone right away that night. Since different equipment was needed, they had to return to our home the following morning to fix everything. Had everything fixed in less than 24 hours, and also costed us SIGNIFICANTLY less (a few hundred dollars) than any of the other companies were estimating. Highly recommend doing business as they are not only efficient, but also very kind and understanding people! :)
