My experience with Comfort Dynamics exceeded my expectations. We were forced to winterize our house after multiple severe weather events. Trey and Malik were very careful, tidy and professional during each phase of the repipe project. They were a great team. I also saved $10,000 based on quotes by three local competitors.
Comfort Dynamics Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical promise? What is that? I feel like I prematurely did this review. I want to add that the employees that are doing the work are great but the company as a whole when it comes to fixing a problem is not on the same page. Here it is 1:30 in the morning and for the fifth time now, my AC has went out and every time that we have contacted the company the issue has not been resolved and we have spoke with a manager requesting a return policy for us to go over and read and they’ve yet to give us one. Elvin & Malik definitely earned their free lunch today!! They were prompt, professional and personable. They took the time to introduce themselves and confirm the service they were to perform - water heater replacement. They told us what to expect at the beginning and end of the job which made us feel comfortable. They were very considerate of our home and left the area cleaner than it was before. They took the time to ensure we knew what to do in case we have any issues and when to expect to have hot water.
