Had to get new transmission but they talked me thru the process and options making it easier for me. Very accommodating and understanding, keeping me updated during the repair process. Very transparent with costs (which were definitely good reasonable prices). Enjoying the new transmission, everything seems to be working nicely.
We purchased a 95 Lexus for our son that ended up having a trash transmission. Coleman and Taylor were professional, knowledgeable and so very reasonable with completely replacing it for us. They even diagnosed his car for us to tell us what exactly was wrong and did not charge us anything at all. The turn around time was excellent as well.
