I called to get an appointment, they were so unprofessional. Someone answered the phone as though it was a residence, then hung up after I asked if this was Beauty Arch. Not sure what they do but that first impression was not a good one. I will never consider going to this “establishment” unprofessional!????

Great customer service. Azi is so talented and I always trust her to thread and tint my brows. She also waxes and threads the chin and neck area. She does it with such precision and is very thorough. Very smooth. She's the best. Ask for Azi!

Azi is absolutely amazing! I will never trust anyone with my eyebrows expect her! She was first working inside the mall and after she moved I followed her and I can’t be more than grateful to have meet her. She takes her time and is very sweet.
