We live out in the middle of the mountains and Dental Partners is 45 minutes away but it’s the closest place that’ll take our insurance so that plus they’re so popular that it took 6 months to get us in so there was no way I was gonna miss my appointment. Unfortunately, my husband had to go out of town last minute and we have no family in the area nor anyone that can watch our one year old so I had to roll the dice and take him with me. My first appointment meant X-rays and he can’t be in there with me so I thought I’d have to reschedule, which would definitely not have been ideal, BUT the technician grabbed another tech and she kept my lil boy busy while I was occupied. They were so accommodating and so good with him, I can not thank them enough. Everyone there is amazing and I recommend them highly. We’ll be back plus my son has a new Nana to see again. Lol
My first experience making an appointment I felt very comfortable. They were very courteous and my appointment was several months out, they told me if they had a cancellation they would call. After a couple months I got a call telling me they had a cancellation the next day and would I like to take it so I did. The receptionist was very polite. I did have to wait about 20 minutes or so past my appointment time but when called back to the room they apologized and got right to it. They were very professional and informative but most of all HONEST. They had insurance information on me readily available and was up front on costs. The best experience with any dental office I ever had. Highly recommend! The wait was totally understandable. I’m sure the wait is not always the case.
