I did my dynamic stretching session with Paige Patteson yesterday, and she was amazing. She is kind, knowledgeable, and clearly knows what she’s doing. She explained everything well, made me feel comfortable, and the session was very helpful. I really enjoyed working with her.
There's quiet a bit to do, including rock climbing, inside out side swimming, waterside, etc. You should give them a visit, especially if you have children!! It's a great atmosphere for all to enjoy. 😉
I love this gym. I'm stronger just by walking inside. Super clean facility. Well stocked with weights and equipment. Exceptional spa and hair stylists on duty. Cafe is great. The lap pool is perfect for cold water swims (lap swimmers you know what I'm talking about). The outdoor pool is amazing. There's tons of staff and coaches. It's a wee bit more expensive than other gyms, but once you visit you'll see why it's definitely worth the nominal amout of extra money for a membership. I've been a member since 2008.
