Shout out to The Foundation Specialist! Micheal M came and looked at my house today and he was awesome! First thing he did was awe over the kitties (immediately love that) He took a look at everything in the house and a look outside. Explained why the walls are cracking and showed me why in the basement. He said everything is fine. He gave me his card and said if it really starts to get to me to give him a call and they can put a support beam in, but that right now it might do more harm to actually move anything and repair it. It’s over 100 years old, it’s not going anywhere and everything is totally fine! Just that I can fix the cosmetics of it if I want. So glad to have the honesty and explanation aspect! Will definitely call them in the future for any needs that come up.
