My mother and I have been going to Mitchell’s Salon for over 17 years, since I was around 11 years old. I’ve had manicures, pedicures, haircuts, highlights, toners and lowlights done there. Marcus even did my hair for my junior prom.
Now I live in New York City; I’ve been here for the past five years. I’m a professional musician and a graduate of the Juilliard School. I’ve been to some of the top-rated, most ritzy salons in Manhattan - I’ve been getting my hair cut at Blandi at the Plaza Hotel, to the horror of my bank account, because I care about my hair. And I mean it when I say that no one - NO ONE cuts hair like Marcus does.
The salon I normally go to had a glitch with their booking system and I really wanted a refresh, so I called Mitchell’s. Andrew happened to have an opening so I was able to get the cut and partial highlight I’d hoped for. The salon was clean, had a great atmosphere and Andrew did phenomenal! I think I’ve found a new go-to for all things hair!

Trendy great place and a great family owns and operates it.
Stylist: I have been going to Andrew for years and love every time I go. My favorite is the head massage I get while getting my hair washed and the hot towels afterwards.
