I’ve have used these folks for the last few years and they are always professional and personable. Recently, Quincy came out and diagnosed that my blower motor was probably the culprit for the noise I was hearing, not knowing if I needed it right away he went ahead and ordered it. The noise got louder and my blower went out ( when temps were around 10 degrees) a day before the part came in. They were able to squeeze me in the very next morning! I am so grateful for his for thought of ordering the part just in case I needed it and didn’t have to wait another week freezing! Thanks Quincy, and thank you guys for always being honest and providing quality service.

I called Melton to schedule a cleaning service and they were able to accommodate me within a few days. Kaine came out in subfreezing temperatures to service our heating unit. He did an awesome job explaining what he was doing and pointing out things that may need attention in the future. He was very friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommend Melton for service!
