Mike and Kenny are awesome guys who get the job done in an expeditious manner! We recently moved to Knoxville and based on a recommendation of our real estate agent, we contacted them about replacing our HVAC system in the house we were buying. They were there within a few days and expertly installed a new, awesome system that has worked well. They went on to replace our hot water heater that they noticed was about to fail and did this the next day!. We are more than pleased with the incredible job and immediate service these guys provide!! They are one of the reasons we moved to Knoxville, the great and caring people who live here!Service: Heating system installation

JACS Heating & Cooling customer service was phenomenal! Mike took my call on a Sunday and was able to get me scheduled promptly on Monday! Knowing I was without heat in the middle of a cold front Mike made me a top priority. He and his technician Kaleb were very knowledgeable and polite. They were happy to answer all my questions. JACS was also very reasonable with his pricing. I took several business cards and will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you Mike and Kaleb!
