i reached out to west hvac about my unit on a monday afternoon. they were at my house by 7:30 the next morning to diagnose the problem. i needed a new unit that couldn’t be installed until the following morning, and instead of letting me sleep in an 86 degree house for another night Ted brought me a portable AC unit and set it up in the bedroom for me. quick, personable, and honest service! highly recommend!
