Vernon deserves all the kudos! I called to cancel, he didn't give me any hassle, which is so unusual now. He knew why I was canceling before I even told him, but instead of canceling I ended up staying because he was able to lower my bill. He was so fun and easy to talk to! Vernon is the best! He's the only reason for the 5 stars!
