I am so thankful for the Salon at Ulta! Isabella has made me feel so beautiful with how she has styled my hair and eyebrows. She did my hair for my engagement pictures, did my eyebrows for my wedding, and gave me a haircut that helped my hair feel healthy and refreshed! I have had wonderful experiences each time I have come to this store and its salon. I am thankful to have found such a wonderful salon in the area and look forward to my next appointment!
I went to Ulta today just to get a wave iron. I left with much more than I came for and it was the best experience I have had at any Ulta I’ve been too. As I approached the door, I could see the smiling faces of the store representatives (as ALWAYS). What stood out to me the most was how inviting your representative, Kiana was as I walked into the store. I explained to Kiana that I was interested in several make up products. She assisted me with color matching my foundation. We tried a number of different brands and shades with Kiana educating me every step of the way. I have never really been to an Ulta or shopped at one. But one day I decided to get a haircut and I could not find a salon that drew me in so I said “screw it I’ll just go to Ulta” and that was a great decision. Conner cut my hair, exactly how I pictured it in my head, we had lovely conversations and I have never felt more comfortable letting someone cut my hair. He adjusted to my needs, and made sure I loved my haircut every step of the way. I had such a crappy month, leaving a 3 year long relationship, and just being able to talk to someone about anything else was so lovely.
