This store is great and the employees are smart and helpful. 5/5. However, read further for my review of Asurion, the parent company. 3/5.Asurion is fine. My phone needed a screen replacement, but the local store didn't have the part in stock, so I scheduled a repair using the "we come to you" option since it was available next day. When the tech arrived, they also did not have the part in stock, so they were unable to perform the repair. I called customer service to reschedule, but this took days of calling since there was some mixup about who does what about a "ticket" and honestly none of it made sense. Excellent and speedy service! The technician was very friendly and gave a great explanation of what they'd do to repair my phone. Now, my phone is just like new! Definitely recommend, especially if you have anything from the samsung z series!
