I came in as a new patient, My appt was at 12:30 and the upfront gentleman was extremely attentive, helpful and made sure I knew everything about the practice. I overheard him say to another patient there was only one Dr. there today due to a scheduling miscommunication but they could stay if they were ok with a bit of a wait. There were a few people that did walk in, pretty steady, I got called back at a little after 1:15 and Dr. Wyatt was very nice and asked me questions and helped me big time.
