Sun Tan City offers a variety of tanning options, including traditional sun tanning and spray tanning. Customers appreciate the great prices, educated staff, and advanced equipment. Many clients have positive experiences, praising the amazing and helpful staff, particularly at the Wilma location, where one member has consistently enjoyed their service for over a year. However, there have been concerns about service interruptions, as one customer noted a week-long closure and inquired about compensation. Despite this, another visitor expressed satisfaction with the helpfulness of the staff, especially when discussing tan and package options. Overall, Sun Tan City is dedicated to providing high-quality tanning experiences and customer service.
A few weeks ago I stopped in the store while shopping. Ive been peaking online and thinking about joining. The girl who helped me was Ava. I had my son with me and she was so sweet to him. I didn’t feel pressured in joining or getting the VIP package. Since I’m new into tanning, she walked me through some lotions, bought some. When I told her that I was having a hard time seeing changes, she took a look at my past beds from before. Told me what one to use and since then, I’ve seen some changes! She’s so sweet and bubbly. Every time I see her and Cassidy, they always have a smile and seem so happy!! Their work ethic is top notch!
