I can't thank Tracy enough for being a genuinely great person. She has been wonderful during my situation, and I whole heartedly appreciate her understanding, even her kind words, or her ear/shoulder when I was having a hard time. I always made sure my payment was on time because anytime I needed it, she was there for me and made it happen! I lost a lot and having to let go of so much because of being laid-off, dealing with unemployment, taking care of my dad with stage 4 cancer, becoming homeless thanks to my crazy step-mother, and being forced to move away to work so I'm not able to spend time with my dad has increased my depression & anxiety. As I have struggled to restart away from everyone & everything I've known Tracy has been not only understanding, helpful, and kind, but also a friend who has helped me through one of the hardest couple years of my life. I would highly recommend Tracy Kelly and Regional Finance of Clarksville to anyone that may be in need of a little help during a tough time. I it has meant the world to me that she is a great person who genuinely cares about others and that is rare these days.
