Dr Lance Shirley, with my complex medical history, has extensive medical knowledge and has patience with my disabilities. With brain surgery, I can hard to understand.
When you arrive, you can either check in early on your phone, the one I love the best, or in the office.
I love that it is clean and contained to have everything you need from X-rays, walk in clinic, having my blood drawn. I believe the longest wait I had was 15 minutes. All staff are compassionate, spend as much time as they need with you, and not rush.

The care at premier medical is hit or miss.
Expect to spend at least 10 minutes on hold for any kind of assistance, whether that be scheduling appointments, calling to get in contact with your primary doctors office, or what have you.
As far as pediatric care goes, Dr. Genevieve Febrarro is amazing, always spot on with my children’s care and takes a realistic approach. There are other providers in the pediatric area I’ve seen when the children’s PCP is not available, who are less than thorough.

So far I've had a decent experience here, I'm terrified of doctors, and I'm having some weird temple headaches and stabbing/pinching pains in my legs, as well as little circular red spots popping up everywhere, so I went to their same day clinic. The nurses and doctors there were so kind and amazing, although they said due to time limits, they could only focus on one problem at a time. None of what we've tried worked but hey, sometimes that's how it goes. It's been like 2 weeks since they ran labs on my blood and I haven't gotten any results back yet so I'm pretty frustrated about that as I have severe crippling anxiety over these... read full review
