I have been working at Maxim for about a year now. I like it overall. They pay is great. Scheduling is flexible. Great families to choose whom you would like to work with. If a family isn’t a fit they have no problem moving you. Con is they don’t have PTO and advancement is limited. In todays nursing climate it is a good opportunity
I have been with maxim for several years now. I love my work and our patients. Our office staff are amazing. Being a single mom this job gives me allot of flexibility to be able to care for my children and work full time. The trade off is that there is no real benefits package to speak of.
Currently a nurse for Maxim Healthcare. I have worked for them for over 5 years. Office staff is always nice and polite. Plenty of hours avaliable and overtime availability is always there. They have flexible hours. You can work as much or as little as you like. Good place to work for self motivated workers.
